The members of Tidewater have over 50 years of combined Legislative and Executive Branch experience spanning a vast array of issues, fields and industries. 

 

As such, the members of Tidewater have successfully represented clients before both Democratic and Republican lead Legislatures, Cabinets and Governor’s offices.  Although having the support of the majority party leadership is important, we understand that having the support of both parties is far more advantageous. 

 

Tidewater is comprised of business professionals, all duly registered as Legislative and Executive Branch lobbyists with the State of Florida.  Each member possesses at least 20 years experience in the legislative process and has received extensive training relating to bill identification, tracking, drafting, and monitoring. 

 

All Tidewater members remain current with changes in House and Senate Rules, as they are amended and adopted every two years.  Additionally, as Rules are adopted to apply to certain bills or committees, Tidewater employees familiarize themselves so that no opportunity is lost.
